From Builder Box to a Modern Masterpiece in Colonial Heritage

Elva & Robert H. loved their new home, but not the builder grade fireplace which was installed in the great room.
They wanted to totally recreate the space and install a new high efficiency linear fireplace with the latest control features and burner options. The 4415 by Travis fit the bill perfectly.
Taproot removed the old fireplace and raised the hearth area to create a up to date look. We designed a unique four sided surround to frame the fireplace opening and had Stoll Fireplace laser cut the surround and mantle and finished them in antique steel.
The result was a show stopper that looked great with their contemporary furnishings. The art work above the fireplace is an original by Elva’s mother.
